Membership and Service Agreement Statement
Each player is responsible for keeping their account information confidential.
Only the owner of the email address registered with the account can use it (accounts cannot be shared, sold, transferred, or jointly used). The team will not return any lost or stolen items.
The use or awareness of your account information by others is entirely your responsibility. (attempting to sell the account, joint usage, downloading files or clicking links from sources like Skype, Facebook, entering fake websites provided by individuals, purchasing or attempting to purchase an account, using an account you have purchased). This situation means that the 1st clause of the game agreement—failure to keep account information confidential and secure, and the violation of shared account usage or account trading rules—is breached. Therefore, when you apply through a ticket claiming the account was stolen, both the account in question and the counterparty’s accounts will be permanently closed, and your account will not be returned. (This is the result of not heeding our warnings and indicates that you, too, have definitely violated the rules.)
If you exploit a bug to your advantage, your game account will be permanently closed.
Any bugs in the game and programming should be immediately reported to the game team via the Support System.
It is important to remember that inappropriate behavior on any services (Facebook, YouTube, Forums, IRC, etc.) may result in penalties within the game.
As the team, 'we' reserve the right to change/revise the game rules at any time without prior notice or notification.
The General Terms of Use supersede the rules and are applied in conjunction with them.
No player may threaten other players with real-life actions or compel them to real-life actions in any game-related environment.
Game-related threats are outside the scope of this clause. Any suggestions or statements implying harm to any player, team member, or any individual associated with game services in any way are strictly prohibited.
The official language of the servers is Turkish. Game Servers, Forums, official IRC channels are included in this rule, but this rule is not limited to these areas.
Using foul/profane language and swearing in chat is prohibited. Spamming (repeating the same message continuously), sharing non-game or forum links, cheating advertisements, cheating requests, currency sales advertisements, etc., are prohibited.
Appeals against the game team’s decisions can only be made via the Support System.
You should only open a single ticket regarding a topic through the Support System.
Re-submitting messages before a response is received on the same ticket will only delay the response time.
Attempting to sell, selling, and purchasing the game account and materials with real money is strictly prohibited. No user has such rights.
Accounts of users found to be engaging in this activity will be permanently closed as a result of thorough investigations!
If you believe a player has acted against the rules, record a video and submit it to the management via the Support System within 2 days at the latest.
Otherwise, your complaint will not be processed. For this reason, do not cover the date indicator in the upper left corner of the game! The server name on the right side of the game must also be visible. Otherwise, your complaint will not be processed. The team will review your complaint and determine if a rule violation has occurred, and apply the necessary sanctions listed in the penalty system if required.
If you believe a game administrator has acted against the rules, you can report it to a higher management level via ticket with the relevant evidence.
Trading items with credits or TL is prohibited. If users detected to be engaging in this type of sale or purchase, their characters will be permanently closed.
If a user receives an item from a person conducting such sales or sends credits/TL but does not receive the item in return, or vice versa, sends an item but does not receive credits/TL, they cannot claim any rights from the administration. (Therefore, players or communities whose accounts are restricted cannot legally claim any rights or file a complaint.)
Game administrators can open or close user accounts without cause.
This initiative lies with the administrators.
In cases of legal requests, to ensure compliance with the law against the game, website, affiliated company, or subsidiaries, and in cases where it is necessary to protect and defend the rights of the game and the company, or in extraordinary or emergency situations to protect the safety of the company, game, and public, personal information may be disclosed.
By registering, each user agrees to comply with the game rules and acknowledges that their account will be closed if they do not comply. The game rules can be accessed here.
By registering, each user commits to reading, understanding, and accepting the above clauses and the user agreement!
